AI Pay Analysis: To adequately analyze the hourly rate for the “Engineer-Preventative Maintenance” role in Lansing, MI, one would typically compare it to industry standards and regional data available prior to October 2023. Historically, similar positions in Michigan tend to offer rates that range from $25 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, company size, and specific industry sector (e.g., manufacturing, facilities management). If the hourly rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive. Additionally, factors such as benefits, job responsibilities, and local cost of living should also be considered for a comprehensive evaluation. Without the specific hourly rate you are inquiring about, a more precise assessment cannot be made, but ensuring it aligns with or exceeds the local standards would generally indicate competitiveness in the job market.
