In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
• Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, following established procedures for counting change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
• Uphold merchandising standards and adhere to established procedures for merchandise presentation.
• Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company policies.
• Engage in store recovery tasks throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery on the sales floor, participating in the overall maintenance of the store.
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in supporting store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
