Job Title: Bell Valet Attendant

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $12.1 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12.10 for a Bell Valet Attendant in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, especially considering that similar roles in the hospitality sector typically offer wages ranging from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on location and establishment type. Factors such as tips, which can significantly increase overall earnings for valet attendants, may also influence competitiveness; however, the base wage itself is modest. In Sault Sainte Marie, where the cost of living is relatively lower than in larger urban areas, this rate might be more acceptable, but it still may not fully attract talent or reflect the responsibilities typically associated with the position. Overall, while it aligns somewhat with local economic conditions, it might benefit from an increase to align better with broader industry wage trends.
