The Product Specialist is a pivotal role dedicated to delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. In this capacity, you will engage with customers, leverage dealership systems for follow-up, and provide outstanding customer service to foster long-term business relationships. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to ensure a high level of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing detailed specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
  • Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Following Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to the various features of the dealership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and that the showroom remains inviting for customers.

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
