Company: Perkins – Northcott Hospitality

Location: Menominee, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To provide a comprehensive analysis of the hourly rate for a Restaurant Server in Menominee, MI, it would typically be beneficial to compare it to the state’s minimum wage, local living costs, and prevailing industry standards. As of my last update, server wages in Michigan can range significantly, often falling between $10 to $15 per hour, not including tips, which can substantially increase overall earnings in busy establishments. Given Menominee’s location and economic context, if the offered rate is within this range and allows for a reasonable total income considering tips, it can be viewed as competitive. However, if it falls below the state minimum wage or fails to cover basic living expenses in the area, it may be seen as less competitive. Overall, examining the specific hourly rate in relation to these factors is essential for determining its competitiveness.
