POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, your primary responsibilities will include preparing food and serving our guests. You will uphold our commitment to quality by adhering to established safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in accordance with established specifications, utilizing approved recipes and proper portioning, as well as food preparation logs and tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours, ensuring compliance with food safety standards regarding time and temperature.
• Follow all food safety protocols, addressing any concerns regarding questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy your work.
• Strive to surpass guest expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, fostering a respectful and cooperative working environment.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitor the quality of food products, taking appropriate actions to uphold high standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures, contributing to a safe environment for all.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Greet all guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Serve guests by adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at all workstations.
