Position Summary:
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our commitment to high-quality standards and rigorous safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to established specifications utilizing approved recipes, appropriate portioning, and maintaining food preparation logs and tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service times, ensuring compliance with time and temperature regulations.
• Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive and fun atmosphere, consistently striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate as an effective team player, fostering a respectful and cooperative relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand with pride.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure consistent standards.
• Maintain personal appearance in accordance with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
• Greet all guests with enthusiasm upon their entrance to the restaurant.
• Serve guests while adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Keep all stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
