Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain team members to ensure on-time execution of events.
  • Foster relationships with store-level team members to enhance collaboration.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are essential.
  • Experience in management or as a Shift Lead within the retail, restaurant, or food industry is preferred.
  • A proven track record of delivering consistent results is required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Candidates must possess a Food Safety Manager certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

  • This role involves extensive walking and moderate lifting within a retail environment.

Work Environment:
