Job Description
Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community
Company: Homestead
Location: Allen Park, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Caregiver for Senior Living Community” in Allen Park, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers nationally tends to range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role. In Michigan, wages for similar positions often align with this trend, with caregivers typically earning between $14 and $18 per hour. Factors such as the cost of living in the area and the specific employer can also influence compensation. Thus, while $15 per hour is a viable starting point, it may not be competitive enough to attract or retain skilled caregivers in a tight labor market.
