Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our valued guests. This role requires you to uphold our commitment to quality by strictly following our food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food in accordance with established specifications, utilizing approved recipes, appropriate portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and ensure compliance with time and temperature requirements.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a fun and positive attitude at all times.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering cooperative and respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
  • Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand with pride.
  • Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain personal appearance in alignment with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Greet all guests enthusiastically upon their entry to the restaurant.
  • Serve guests in accordance with recipe and preparation guidelines.
  • Clean, organize, and restock all workstations.
