Join our Employee-Owned Company as a Market Manager and become an integral part of a vibrant team representing a leading business unit in consumer durables. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to engage with diverse individuals in a retail environment while traveling to various locations within your designated territory each day. You will play a vital role in training store associates on our products and fostering strong relationships with both store associates and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visits to customer locations to provide comprehensive sales support and product knowledge training.
  • Establish and maintain product displays to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels ensuring optimal stock is available.
  • Offer ongoing support and additional product knowledge training as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a reliable vehicle along with valid driver’s license and insurance, meeting the company’s minimum standards.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as necessary.
