Job description:

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor II, where you will provide essential leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and team members.

Compensation: Starting at $43,000 Annually

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and assign daily tasks and schedules for the housekeeping team, encompassing established routine duties.
  • Conduct inspections of the premises to determine assignments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including waste removal and upkeep of community grounds.
  • Train new employees, assigning tasks and providing close supervision until they are fully proficient.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Create cleaning schedules for common areas on a weekly, monthly, and semi-monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve any complaints related to housekeeping operations.

What You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
