Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate position include:

– Welcoming all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism
– Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, known as “intros”
– Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer service interactions at the front desk
– Conducting studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
– Collaborating with the fitness team to assist prospective clients during their initial Orangetheory workout
– Achieving membership sales targets to contribute to studio success
– Onboarding new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Following up with prospective clients via email and telephone communications
– Addressing member requests and concerns professionally, with a focus on resolution
– Participating in Orangetheory classes, marketing initiatives, and outreach events
– Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment by adhering to daily cleaning protocols
