POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation and guest service. You will contribute to maintaining the high quality of our offerings by adhering to our established quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:
– Prepare food in accordance with specifications by utilizing approved recipes, adhering to proper portioning, and maintaining accurate food preparation logs and tools.
– Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service times and in compliance with time and temperature guidelines.
– Uphold food safety standards, promptly reporting any questionable food deliveries or practices.
– Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun, engaging atmosphere at all times.
– Strive to exceed guest expectations with every interaction.
– Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, fostering a respectful and cooperative working relationship.
– Act as a brand ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our values and standards.
– Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to ensure consistency.
– Adhere to company standards regarding personal appearance, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
– Follow all sanitation, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
– Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
