POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our high-quality standards in product quality and safety.

• Prepare food in accordance with established recipes, ensuring proper portioning and utilizing designated food prep logs and tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours, adhering to appropriate time and temperature guidelines.
• Comply with all food safety protocols, promptly reporting any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a fun and positive attitude at all times.
• Proactively strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to uphold high standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
• Warmly greet all guests upon their entry to the restaurant.
• Serve guests while adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restock all workstations.
