Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation and guest service. Your role is essential in upholding our high standards of quality and safety.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to established recipes, ensuring proper portioning and adherence to food prep logs/tools.
• Restock food items on the front line during peak times and in line with time and temperature guidelines.
• Comply with food safety standards, promptly reporting any food delivery concerns or unsafe practices.
• Maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere while working efficiently.
• Strive to exceed the expectations of our guests at every opportunity.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a respectful and cooperative relationship with management and colleagues.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand values.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary measures to uphold these standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company expectations, showcasing professionalism consistently.
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to create a safe environment for everyone.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Enthusiastically greet all guests upon entering the restaurant.
• Serve guests according to recipe and preparation specifications.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
