POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare food and serve our guests. You will play a vital role in upholding our high-quality standards by adhering to established safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to specifications utilizing approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak business hours and in accordance with time and temperature requirements.
• Comply with food safety standards and report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy your work.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, fostering a respectful and cooperative work environment.
• Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitor the quality of products served and take appropriate measures to maintain standards.
• Adhere to personal appearance standards that reflect professionalism at all times.
• Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
• Greet all guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests while strictly following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restock all workstations.
