We are currently seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and enhance our dining offerings.

As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Your role will encompass ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, developing innovative menus, and managing a talented team of chefs and kitchen personnel. Your leadership and culinary expertise will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations across the hotel’s dining outlets.
  • Develop and implement creative and diverse menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality and adherence to high standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events, special menus, and guest services.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or in a similar leadership role within a hotel or large-scale culinary operation.
  • Exceptional culinary skills, demonstrating a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee multiple dining outlets and a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
