POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will play a key role in preparing food and serving our guests, contributing to the maintenance of our high-quality products by adhering to our established quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:
– Prepare food in accordance with specifications, utilizing approved recipes and proper portioning while maintaining thorough food prep logs and tools.
– Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service hours or in alignment with time and temperature guidelines.
– Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
– Foster a fun, positive environment at all times.
– Aim to exceed guest expectations consistently.
– Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining cooperative and respectful working relationships with management and fellow team members.
– Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, embodying our values in all interactions.
– Monitor product quality and take necessary measures to maintain high standards.
– Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and demonstrate professionalism consistently.
– Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a secure environment for all stakeholders.
– Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
