Job description:

The Agent will undertake various armed assignments, including concierge-level, residential, and event security, as well as response services, basic driving, and investigative duties. This position is specifically designated to provide a security presence for a banking client. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Essential Functions:

  1. Uphold Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Deliver concierge-level security at the client’s location and events.
    • Deescalate tense situations or individuals as necessary.
    • Prepare detailed incident reports for any occurrences or variances that require documentation.
  3. Execute comprehensive investigations and produce investigative reports.
  4. Offer response services pertaining to emergency and crisis management, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
  5. Transport the client to and from the company location and events.
  6. Ensure the security of the client’s residential perimeter.
    • Review CCTV footage, manage access control systems, and respond to alarms as required.
  7. Identify and report any deficiencies or failures in security equipment.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of three years of experience in law enforcement, military, or security roles. A Michigan Security License and Michigan CPL, along with First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications, are mandatory.
