Fox Motors is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant for our location in Grand Rapids, MI, at Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Key Responsibilities:
The Used Car Sales Consultant is entrusted with delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. You will engage with customers, provide expert consultation, and utilize dealership systems for follow-ups, all while ensuring the highest level of customer service to nurture long-term business relationships. Fox Motors seeks a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and innovative in a dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about available vehicles.
  • Utilizing dealership systems to complete follow-up communications and maintain a client database.
  • Keeping abreast of vehicle values, equity, financing products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A team-oriented attitude coupled with a high-energy personality.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
