POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while ensuring that we maintain our high-quality standards in both product and safety.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food in accordance with specifications, utilizing approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak service times and in compliance with time and temperature regulations.
• Adhere to all food safety protocols and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a fun, positive attitude at all times.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, fostering a cooperative and respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Act as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing the brand positively.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate measures to uphold standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, demonstrating professionalism consistently.
• Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures, contributing to a safe environment for all.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests while meticulously following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at all stations.
