WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our salon team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all our guests, promoting memberships that offer significant savings, and fostering a positive workplace environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Drive membership and retail sales
– Greet visitors and deliver an exceptional customer experience
– Schedule appointments in person and via phone
– Assist with operations, including inventory management
