Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Resident Aide/Med Tech in Sterling Heights, MI, is on the lower end of the salary spectrum for this role. The typical hourly wage for a Resident Aide or Medication Technician in Michigan ranges from approximately $15 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific employer. While entry-level positions may start around $15, more experienced workers or those with specialized certifications often earn higher wages. Given the rising cost of living and competitive job market in the healthcare sector, this rate may not be sufficient to attract and retain qualified staff, indicating it is not fully competitive with industry standards in the region.
