Front Desk Agents are tasked with greeting and registering guests, delivering exceptional service throughout their stay, and ensuring accurate settlement of accounts upon departure. Key responsibilities encompass registering guests, managing reservations, and performing hotel operator and concierge duties. The role requires a commitment to providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy levels.
Qualifications:

- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and operational hours.
- Provide information to guests concerning local restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and more.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork with fellow associates and across hotel departments.
- Stay informed about rates, packages, special promotions, in-house groups, and restricted dates.
- Collect necessary information while processing room reservations and ensure adherence to rate quoting scenarios.
- Familiarize oneself with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology.
- Understand and assist in emergency procedures as required.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Comprehensively operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
