Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests. In this role, you will uphold the high standards of quality and safety that define our brand.

Job Functions:

  • Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, ensuring proper portioning and utilizing food preparation logs and tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours and in accordance with time and temperature guidelines.
  • Adhere to food safety standards, reporting any questionable food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun working environment at all times.
  • Strive to surpass guest expectations.
  • Act as a supportive team player, cultivating a cooperative and respectful relationship with management and fellow team members.
  • Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA.
  • Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, exhibiting professionalism consistently.
  • Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for all.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Enthusiastically greet all guests upon their entry to the restaurant.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of all stations.
