Job Description
Job Title: PT Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Kingsley Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/MedTech” position in Canton, MI, appears to be below the competitive standard for similar roles in the healthcare sector. As of 2023, caregiver wages typically range between $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities, with many positions offering higher rates for certified medication technicians. In Michigan, the median wage for caregivers falls near $16 to $20 per hour, indicating that while $15 may attract candidates, it may not retain them or reflect the demands of the job. As such, this rate may limit the pool of qualified applicants and could impact staff turnover and overall job satisfaction in the long term.
