We offer flexible shift options, including AM, PM, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
  • Administer medications and provide hands-on care to all residents, with a primary focus on medication management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
  • Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control protocols.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings to the supervisor.
  • Administer medications and injections as per medical directives.
  • Follow scheduled routines and assist residents with repositioning as needed.
  • Document medication administration in accordance with established procedures.
  • Exercise sound judgment in delivering client care and ensuring safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill various responsibilities.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and charting in a timely manner.
  • Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs as they arise.
  • Assist with meal delivery and support residents during meals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
