We are currently seeking qualified candidates for immediate full-time Lead Housekeeper positions at Henry Ford River District Hospital, located at 4100 South River Road, East China, MI 48054. Please note that only online applications will be accepted.

As a Lead Housekeeper, you will supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to our service standards. You will play a crucial role in providing meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service by attending to customers’ needs.
• Ensure staff are present and logged in accurately, documenting any lateness or absences.
• Address and resolve guest complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
• Track staff availability and assist in replacing personnel for shifts as necessary.
• Coordinate staff breaks effectively.
• Prepare and manage assignment sheets, communicating updates throughout shifts.
• Ensure the security and proper distribution of keys, radios, and beepers to staff.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality, guiding staff in necessary corrections.
• Conduct area inspections to confirm cleaning standards are met.
• Support staff in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct staff training as required and contribute positively to team dynamics.
