Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, is generally considered below the average pay for similar positions in the healthcare and assisted living sector. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for Resident Aides or Medication Technicians in Michigan range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific employer. This suggests that while the $15 rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not align with standard industry expectations for this role in Clinton Township, reflecting potential challenges in attracting competent staff in a competitive labor market.
