What we seek in candidates:
– Ability to lead, train, and coach store employees in customer service, in collaboration with the Store Leader.
– Proven track record of maintaining high employee retention through the identification of qualified candidates, fostering leadership, and enhancing employee productivity.
– Capability to assist in the implementation of merchandising and marketing initiatives.
– Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
– Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards, ensuring store presentation, and keeping products in stock.
– Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.

– A valid Driver’s License from your state of residence, with the maintenance of automotive liability insurance throughout your employment.
