Job Description
Job Title: FT Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “FT Caregiver/MedTech” position in Canton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region. As of 2023, the average wage for caregivers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, positions that involve medication administration (MedTech) often command higher wages due to the additional skills required. Therefore, while $15 is within the range, it may not fully meet the competitive standards expected for such a role, especially in light of increasing living costs and the demand for skilled healthcare workers.
