Job Title: Full-Time Hospice CNA – Grand Haven, MI
Company: Trinity Health
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay:
AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “Full-Time Hospice CNA” in Grand Haven, MI, we need to consider the average pay for similar roles in the region and across the industry. As of 2023, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Michigan typically earn between $13 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job demands. Hospice CNAs may command slightly higher rates due to the specialized nature of palliative care, often ranging from $15 to $20 per hour or more. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards. However, if it is substantially lower, it may struggle to attract qualified candidates, especially in a post-pandemic labor market where demand for healthcare workers remains high.
