POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing food and serving our valued guests. You will uphold our commitment to quality by adhering to established standards for both food safety and product excellence.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food in accordance with specifications by utilizing approved recipes, appropriate portion control, and adhering to food preparation logs and tools.
• Restock front line product during busy periods and in line with time and temperature guidelines.
• Comply with food safety standards and promptly report any concerns regarding deliveries or food handling practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
• Collaborate as a team player and foster respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, representing our brand with pride.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain these standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests while following recipe guidelines and preparation standards.
• Clean, organize, and restock all workstations as necessary.
