Job Title: Player’s Club Clerk

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Manistique, MI

Pay: $13.34 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.34 for a Player’s Club Clerk in Manistique, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to both local and national averages for similar roles. Typically, positions in customer service sectors, especially in gaming or hospitality, tend to offer hourly rates ranging from $15 to $20, depending on experience and the specific responsibilities involved, with some variance due to the cost of living in different areas. Given that Manistique has a lower cost of living compared to larger urban areas, while $13.34 might be slightly competitive for entry-level positions, it nonetheless may not attract experienced candidates or meet their expectations for compensation, suggesting that the rate could be adjusted to align better with industry trends and enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
