In this role, you will oversee all operations during your shift, which encompasses cost management, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. You are expected to lead by example, adhering strictly to all policies and procedures, while ensuring that your team does the same.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members:
- Operate all kitchen and store equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work stations.
- Prepare menu items.
- Manage telephone orders and customer interactions.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
Training:
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions accurately.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues, facilitating order processing both over the phone and in-person.
Essential Functions/Skills:
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and monetary transactions.
- Ability to use verbal, written, and telephone communication effectively.
- Coordination skills to execute precise movements swiftly and accurately.
- Competency in using a computer keyboard and touch screens for order entry.
- Navigation skills for reading maps and managing deliveries within designated areas.
- Capability to traverse diverse terrains, from multi-story buildings to private homes, while carrying products.
Work Conditions:
Exposure to varying environmental conditions, including:
- Inclement weather while performing outdoor tasks.
- Temperature fluctuations ranging from cool storage areas to warmer cooking stations.
