Job description:

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Culinary team members to join the team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests during the 2025 baseball season. Available positions include Cook I, Line Cook, Lead Cook, Dishwasher, and Buffet Attendant.

Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines and adhering to proper preparation techniques and sanitation protocols.
  • Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures while maintaining clean and organized workstations that are stocked as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Implement supervisor assignments for opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Prior experience with flat top grills, deep fryers, and other cooking equipment is preferred for culinary positions.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
