As a Team Member & Cook, you will prepare food and provide excellent service to our guests. Your role will involve upholding our high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.

• Restock front-line food items during peak times and based on time and temperature guidelines.

• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a fun and engaging workplace atmosphere.
• Strive to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members, maintaining a respectful and cooperative working relationship.
• Represent QDOBA as an enthusiastic ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with company standards.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Greet every guest warmly upon their entry to the restaurant.
• Serve guests while adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Keep all stations clean, organized, and appropriately stocked.
