POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

• Prepare food according to established specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning as well as maintaining accurate food preparation logs.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak hours, ensuring compliance with time and temperature standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards, promptly reporting any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
• Foster a fun and positive atmosphere at all times.
• Strive to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining a respectful relationship with both management and fellow team members.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain high standards.
• Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests enthusiastically upon their arrival.
• Serve guests according to recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all stations as needed.
