AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “MI – Dental Hygienist” position in Kalamazoo, MI, we need to consider various factors, including market demand, geographic location, required qualifications (such as Cavitron and Dentrix EMR experience), and typical compensation rates for dental hygienists. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for dental hygienists in Michigan typically ranges from $32 to $40, depending on experience and specific skills. Given that this role requires additional certifications and experience with specific equipment, a higher rate may be justified.
