Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving our guests while upholding our commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to specifications by utilizing approved recipes, proper portion control, and food preparation logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak periods and as per time and temperature guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety standards and promptly report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations in every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to support a respectful and cooperative work environment.
• Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA, promoting our brand and values.
• Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure high standards are met.
• Maintain personal appearance in accordance with company standards, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to create a safe environment for everyone.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Provide enthusiastic greetings to all guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Serve guests by following established recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Clean, organize, and restock all work stations as needed.
