Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and support our mission of enhancing the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that enable aging adults to remain in the comfort of their homes while addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues
  • Caring for clients with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
