Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions protocols to sustain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical capabilities include the ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Ability to work around cleaning products is essential.
  • Must follow both oral and written instructions and complete daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
