Job Title: Residential Care Facility Cleaner

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Residential Care Facility Cleaner” in Sterling Heights, MI, we should consider the local cost of living, industry standards, and typical wages for similar cleaning roles in residential care settings. As of my last update, the hourly pay for cleaners in residential care facilities in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $18, depending on factors like experience, facility type, and specific duties. If the offered rate is within or above this range, it can be considered competitive, especially if it includes benefits or opportunities for advancement. Comparatively, if the pay is lower than $12, it may not align with industry standards and could attract less experienced candidates, potentially affecting staff retention and care quality. Thus, the competitiveness of the rate hinges on its specific value in relation to these benchmarks.
