Qualifications:

- Greet and warmly welcome all guests who approach the Front Desk, maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the proper operation of the telephone switchboard, meeting all Aimbridge Hospitality performance standards.
- Efficiently and courteously handle requests for information, mail, and messages.
- Address guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and operational hours.
- Provide information about local transportation, entertainment, restaurants, etc.
- Foster good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other hotel departments.
- Remain knowledgeable about all rates, packages, special promotions, in-house groups, and restricted dates.
- Collect all necessary information for room reservations, following the rate-quoting scenario.
- Be familiar with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology.
- Assist with emergency procedures as required.
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Master the operation of all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
- Ensure the logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms as needed.
- Utilize proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with associates.
- Deliver guest items, including luggage, newspapers, messages, packages, and amenities, as requested.
- Maintain current knowledge of property amenities, special events, local attractions, and activities in the area.
- Engage in other assigned duties, which may include helping teammates in other areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
- Access back-of-house areas and sensitive information as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling cash, preparing and depositing cash drops, and maintaining accurate bank balances.
- Interact with guests and colleagues, including unsupervised contact.
- Manage access to sensitive areas in the hotel, including Master Keys, guest rooms, and secure storage areas.
- Adhere to safe driving practices for business-related activities.
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility within the position.
- Represent the company positively, exercising sound judgment and maintaining a reputation for integrity.
