Responsibilities:
- Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitization of all areas in adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
- Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
- Ability to work in proximity to cleaning products.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions efficiently.
- Residency within the service area is required.
