Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Immediate Openings
Company: Honor
Location: Southfield, MI
Pay: $15.25 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.25 to $16 for the “Caregiver – Immediate Openings” position in Southfield, MI, is slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the area. As of late 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may attract applicants seeking entry-level positions or those with less experience, it may not be competitive enough to attract more qualified candidates or retain them in a tight labor market, especially given the rising cost of living and increasing demand for caregiving services.
