AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a Laundry Worker in Sterling Heights, MI, I would need the specific rate to evaluate competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Typically, laundry workers in the U.S. earn between $10 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, location, and the type of facility. In Michigan, wages may hover around the lower to mid-range of that spectrum, but regional demand and cost of living should also be considered. If the rate you have falls within or exceeds this range, it could be considered competitive; if it is significantly lower, it may not align with industry standards. Please provide the specific rate for a more precise evaluation.
