Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

All technicians must possess:

  • The ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Physical capability to stand on ladders (up to 40 feet) for extended periods, lift weights exceeding 70 pounds, and comply with an individual weight limit of 335 pounds.
  • Capacity to navigate small spaces and adapt to varying climate conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of employment, with a driving record that aligns with DISH’s safety standards.
  • Availability for travel as required.
