As the first point of contact within our stores, Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers from the moment they enter. They are entrusted with maintaining organized patient records and ensuring an efficient appointment schedule, thus facilitating seamless store operations. This position involves delivering prompt and courteous service to both in-person customers and callers.

What would you do? – The Specifics
– Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
– Manage the flow of customers within the store to ensure a smooth experience.
– Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls following National Vision protocols.
– Process and comprehend managed care plans, obtaining necessary documentation from insurance providers as needed.
– Provide customers with accurate and essential information.
– Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
– Maintain daily filing of patient records and prepare files for the following day’s appointments.
– Monitor order status and inform customers regarding the availability of their orders or any delays.
– Keep the reception area organized and stocked with all necessary materials.
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries while managing inventory of office supplies.
– Attend regularly scheduled communication meetings.

Are you the right fit? – The Suitable Talent
– Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
