POSITION SUMMARY
As a Team Member & Cook, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation and serving our valued guests. You will contribute to maintaining our high-quality offerings by adhering to our established quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare food in accordance with specifications by utilizing approved recipes and adhering to proper portioning and food preparation logs/tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak volumes and in accordance with food safety guidelines regarding time and temperature.
  • Follow food safety standards diligently and report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and create a fun atmosphere for both coworkers and customers.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to foster a cooperative and respectful work environment.
  • Act as a QDOBA ambassador, representing our brand with enthusiasm.
  • Monitor product quality and take appropriate measures to uphold that standard.
  • Ensure that personal appearance aligns with company standards and exhibit professionalism at all times.
  • Comply with all sanitation, safety, and security policies to cultivate a safe environment for everyone.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Greet all guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon their arrival at the restaurant.
  • Serve guests while following established recipe and preparation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels at all stations.
